EmailWrite AI is an AI-powered email generation tool designed for real estate professionals in the United States. The Service uses OpenAI's language models to draft professional emails based on inputs you provide, including template type, tone, client name, and property details.

The Service is a professional writing aid. All generated emails should be reviewed and edited by you before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for any specific purpose.

You may use the Service as a guest (limited to 3 free emails) or by creating a free account (3 free emails). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All prices are in US Dollars. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the plan interval selected.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, unsolicited commercial email, or content that violates the CAN-SPAM Act.
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its outputs as a competing product.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Include sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security Numbers, bank account details) in generation inputs.

Content generated by EmailWrite AI is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use.

EmailWrite AI does not guarantee that generated emails will achieve any particular business result, comply with any specific state real estate regulations, or be free of factual errors. Always verify generated content for accuracy before sending to clients.

Your content: You own the email outputs generated using your inputs. We claim no ownership over AI-generated content produced specifically for you.

Our property: The EmailWrite AI platform, design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EmailWrite AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmailWrite AI and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
